You will be guided through visual expression and gentle energy recalibrating tools, allowing us to reveal hidden layers, release stored energy and reconnect to the wisdom of your body and spirit. Each piece you create becomes both a mirror and a medicine.

You don't need to be an artist to attend- your hands will simply follow the soul's rhythm.
